Run by Recruiter Magazine, the prestigious annual Recruiter Awards recognises outstanding performance across the industry. Held on 3rd May at the Grosvenor House Hotel, it’s recruitment’s equivalent to the Oscars!
What’s involved and how winners are decided
Categories include sectors covered – such as best agency recruiting for the public sector, technology or professional services – as well as various elements of the recruitment service – such as candidate care, client care and back office effectiveness.
Preparing an entry takes a considerable amount of time and focus. To be considered, companies have to present financial data for the previous year as well as examples and evidence demonstrating how they have delivered exceptional work, shown creativity and innovation.
Whilst many companies can say they produce good results, the Awards distinguishes between the good and the exceptional; those who are game changers and disruptors, looking beyond CV – placement ratios to how they can truly make a difference and add value beyond the recruitment process alone.
The awards are determined by a panel of distinguished and accomplished judges from the industry who look at all the evidence presented and talk directly to the clients, candidates and employees to get their perspective. They then have the difficult task of deciding which entrants deserve to be shortlisted, and who will win.
Best New Agency – Highly Commended
This year, we entered the Best New Agency category. With thousands of recruitment firms operating in the UK, just to be shortlisted was a great achievement in itself. We didn’t win on the night, but we were Highly Commended, akin to the silver medal position.
We’re absolutely thrilled to have earned this accolade. To be judged as one of the top performing businesses having been in business for just 3 years is a fantastic achievement by our team, and recognition that the strategy and approach we have taken is the right one.
Thanks to everyone who has helped us along the way – our team, clients, candidates and contractors.
